For Girls+ Women at Home

Sylvia’s Sisters partners with Communities in Schools, Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center, and MAD_RVA in Richmond to name just a few. These groups help distribute disposable menstrual hygiene products to area schools and communities in need.

We work with local businesses, community service groups, school groups and others to organize product drives and donations to distribute to food banks and other organizations handing out products to those in need in our neighborhoods.

 Donations + Distribution Events

We work with girls clubs to talk about menstruation and being prepared for the unexpected accidents that can happen once menstruation starts.

We are grateful to Alliance for Period Supplies, U by Kotex and all of our wonderful individuals for supplying us with products to deliver to our communities. We could not do this without their support!

We are currently distributing to World U.P., Chesterfield Food Bank, Sacred Heart, Mutual Aid Disaster Relief Richmond, Blessing Warriors and more.

We are humbled to have been able to distribute more than 183,417 menstrual hygiene products for COVID relief!

Please contact us if you know of a

community in need.
